Utilizing HUD’s Section 223(f) refinance program, AGM obtained a HUD-insured mortgage of $30,400,000 with a 35-year term at a fixed interest rate. The refinance included the addition of a fitness center, pool house, a renovated leasing office, and the renovation of residential units.
