Dorchester Square Apartments is a 125-unit apartment complex located in Franklin, Virginia. The project consists of thirteen one and two story buildings and a one-level leasing office. There are 55 two story townhouse units in seven buildings and 70 garden style units in one and two story buildings. The buildings were constructed in 1974 and renovated in 2003. AGM obtained a $5,080,000 HUD-insured mortgage under the 223(f) program which provides long-term, fixed rate debt at a significantly lower interest rate.
