Utilizing HUD’s 223f Tax Credit PILOT refinance program, AGM arranged a $10,900,000 HUD insured mortgage with a fixed interest rate and 35 year term. Maryland DHCD issued tax exempt bonds in the amount of $11,900,000. Equity of approximately $5,525,000 was provided through the sale of 4% low income housing tax credits. Project sources allowed for approximately $27,000 per unit in upgrades and repairs.
